Quadstry

Author: Crista Forest
Release Date: October 13 1996
Story: Four connecting 4-strory buildings makes this a great map for Dukematch! Two narrow below-groundlevel sewer like passageways make great places for setting up trip bombs. Above that is the main level with lots of room in the buildings as well as plenty of open area outside for Duking it out. Running around on the roof of the first floor puts you on the second story. This also has outdoor and indoor areas. Finally, the highest floor you’ll have to jetpack up to, but it’s a great place for a bird’s eye view of your opponents activities below. Lots of catwalks and balconies also give you plenty of great vantage points to shoot from.

Lots of one-way masked walls make great hiding places (look for changes in wall tiles). Other fun stuff includes an earthquake, walls to blast through, doors that open automatically, and stairs that rise out of the floor when you walk toward them, as well as slime and lava to muck about in.

Colorful and visually appealing.
