Story: 8 scientists from the European Union have been kidnapped by Aliens in their attempt to find a viable substitute for oil. Javier Solana has personally come forward to ask Duke to infiltrated the Kazakhstani base in an effort to assist in freeing all 8 of the held hostages. Of course Duke has accepted his request.
